the key to remember is everyone’s body is not the same and people will react differently to each fat burning tip. It is very important to be patient and see how your body handles the various ways to burn fat.
Why it is difficult to lose weight and burn fat?
Actually, it is not so difficult if you stick to this principle: You should plan before you start, make notes of everything you do and stay fully consistent!
If you plan before you start, you will set a clear goal in your mind before you start your undertaking of reducing excess weight. This will help you stay focused and determined on the challenge at hand.
Thanks Chris, and you are right. Having a plan is Key and keeping a journal is very important too. My program not only includes your plan but also the journal so you can see how your body is responding to food and exercise. If you feel sluggish on days you don’t exercise, and full of energy on days you do, seeing it on paper will inspire you to keep going back to the gym…even when you don’t feel like it!
